The complete chicken nugget production line is an integrated food processing system specifically designed for high-volume manufacturing of frozen chicken nuggets. It covers the entire production cycle—from raw meat preparation, forming, coating, frying, cooling, freezing, to final packaging—ensuring product consistency, hygiene, and production efficiency. The line is customizable and suitable for meat processing plants and frozen food factories.

Product Features:
Vacuum Mixer: Blends minced meat with seasonings under vacuum for better protein extraction and binding.
Screw Feeder / Pump: Automatically transfers meat paste to forming machine.
Nugget Forming Machine: Shapes the chicken paste into uniform nugget shapes using interchangeable molds.
Shape options: oval, round, square, animal-shaped, custom
Output capacity: 300–1000 kg/h
Preduster (optional): Applies a light flour layer to help batter stick.
Battering Machine: Dips the formed nuggets into liquid batter evenly.
Breading Machine: Applies fine or coarse breadcrumbs, including tempura-style options.
Continuous Fryer: Pre-fries or fully fries the coated nuggets.
Features: Oil temperature control, automatic oil level and filtering system
Heating methods: Electric, gas, or thermal oil
Vibrating De-oiling Conveyor: Removes surface oil using vibration.
Cooling Conveyor: Reduces the product temperature before freezing.
IQF Tunnel Freezer: Rapidly freezes individual nuggets to preserve texture, taste, and shelf life.
Freezing capacity: 300–1500 kg/h
Temperature: -35°C inlet, -18°C core
Multi-head Weigher + Packing Machine: Accurately weighs and bags frozen nuggets in retail or bulk packs.
